  • Once the order is cancelled successfully, a full refund will be initiated.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • In such cases, the order will be treated under the return policy (if applicable).

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The book received is damaged

  • The book received is defective

  • The book received is different from what was ordered

Conditions for Return:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared for verification.

  • The book must be unused and in the same condition as received.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor printing variations or cover design differences

  • Slight wear in pre-owned/used books (if mentioned in product description)

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Approved Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.2 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
